Meghann McKown-Leasing Agent
Hi! I'm Meghann McKown and I am the new Leasing Agent here at Georgetown Common Apartments. I was previously the Property Manager for a local management company. I am currently attending school pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I am thrilled to be here are Georgetown Common Apartments!! I am looking forward to meeting and serving all of the residents here at Georgetown!! 

Randy Ford- Maintenance Team
Randy has been with Georgetown for more than 15 years! He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated when it comes to addressing any of your maintenance issue. Randy is a valued member of our team that contributes to the upkeep and beauty of the property as well as your satisfaction. We are proud to have Randy as a part of our team!

Jimmy Clopton- Maintenance Team
Jimmy is another senior member of our maintenance staff. He is the best of the best at what he does. Amongst his many duties, he insures each apartment is in tip top rental condition for you and your new neighbor. He is also proud to assist our residents with 24 hour maintenance service, so if you’re locked out at midnight-Jimmy is your man!

Nathan Gibson- Maintenance Team
Nathan is truly an asset to our team. He is the man who can do it all! He prepares apartments, completes resident requests, and various other tasks. Nathan is personable, efficient, and has an incredible drive to achieve the next challenge at hand. You can be sure that if your toilet is leaking-Nathan will be there to fix it with a smile!

Linda Lightner- Housekeeping
Linda comes to Georgetown with previous housekeeping experience. She thoroughly cleans your apartment before you move it to make sure you love your new home! Linda will be happy to provide regular in house cleaning service for our residents as well. Please contact the office if this interests you. Linda is always a delight and takes much pride in her work every day! Linda loves to help make Georgetown a place you’re proud to call home!
