manager here since December 2008. We take pride
in our property here, and look forward to
helping people find their perfect home. Taking
care of our residents and their needs to make

Amanda McGarr- Leasing and Marketing
Specialist
My name is Amanda and I just returned to
Georgetown to assist Jami. I have experience in
public relations and business administration. I
really enjoy working with the residents and
strive to provide excellent service. Our focus
is to ensure that we maintain the highest
quality property in the area.
Randy Ford- Maintenance Team
Randy has been with Georgetown for more than 17
years! He is extremely knowledgeable and
dedicated when it comes to addressing any of
your maintenance issue. Randy is a valued member
of our team that contributes to the upkeep and
beauty of the property as well as your
satisfaction. We are proud to have Randy as a
part of our team!
Jimmy Clopton- Maintenance Team
Jimmy is another senior member of our
maintenance staff. He is the best of the best at
what he does. Amongst his many duties, he
insures each apartment is in tip top rental
condition for you and your new neighbor. He is
also proud to assist our residents with 24 hour
maintenance service, so if you’re locked out at
midnight-Jimmy is your man!
Jessica Rothert- Housekeeping
Jessica is a team player and she has been with
us for 1 year. She started out in the office and
has moved to the fulltime house keeping
position. She thoroughly cleans each apartment
before your big moving day to ensure that
everything is in perfect shape for when you
arrive.
